unchili

I'm really not at my best at this time of year, I suspect. Today I made chili, and I buggered it up by forgetting what is perhaps the principle ingredient. I'd whipped it together after running around and doing a bunch of errands, and only had it done just as Tracey was walking in the door. We sat down and ate it, and I realized that although it had the better part of a whole Jalepeno pepper in it, it didn't actually have any chili pepper or cyanne!

I told Tracey, and she said she's noticed, but had dutifully eaten the... well, meat sauce in a bowl....
