more exercising

Now that I'm getting the hang of being on a bike again, I've decided that I can spend a buck or two and get some exercise equipment for the home. So I picked up an chin-up bar ($20) and some push-up handle things ($20). And am aching as a result of my feeble first efforts (ten of each is enough for my sad, out-of-shape self).
