my office has showers and a bike room

Did I mention that my office has a bike room where you can lock up your commuter vehicle? And showers to wash the "new normal" Southern Ontario summer air from you? It does. And I am very glad because even though it's only the 6th of June (my late grandfather's would-be 85th birthday) the air is already too gross for words.

I spoke with a fellow wearing a filter on the way home. He said it's not as hot as he'd feared, and that it does a great job with the smog. I think I might get one (and further push back the date on which I break even on my bike purchase, though I have saved $40 in transit fares so far).

Riding your bike to work is just a joy.
