I took the time to read the text of US President Obama's speech to Congress this evening and I'm a bit confused. Where are all the references to "evil"? What's all this about curing cancer and every American taking a year of post-secondary education! Ganbatte, America! |
Satire is tragedy plus time. You give it enough time, the public, the reviewers will allow you to satirize it. Which is rather ridiculous, when you think about it.
