I had a bizarre dream last night in which I was working in a start-up business setting in which I had a significant leadership role. We worked in a particularly well-appointed office with tasteful lighting and comfortable furniture. In of itself, all of the above is certainly unusual to my personal career trajectory.

But the really odd thing was that while I was in the dream I was not dreaming from my own perspective. I was a man or woman working in the office who had to deal with 'me' on a regular basis and seemed to struggle with 'my' way of doing things. Overall, I came across as bright but ineffective; personable enough but asocial. A lumbering misfit, and very tall.
