SOB readiness?

Caught a funny typo in a document I recently created for a client.

Yes, it's "COB readiiness" for "continuity of business". Not "SOB readiness" which is a bit of a contradiction in terms but which, I suppose, should be an on-boarding activity at all financial firms.
