I was standing astride my bike today, waiting for the light. And then I was approached by an "orthodox Christian".

She came up from nowhere, a big belligerent shape in sweat pants and stretched-out t-shirt. Planting her feet and leaning at me, she said, "I am an ORTHODOX. FUCKING. CHRISTIAN."

She glared at me, challenging for a moment, then lumbered away. I said something like, "Okay, then," channeling the parole board members from Raising Arizona in word and tone.

So, that's orthodox Christianity, I guess.
