canada and japan under stress

Toronto, 2011.06.17

A friend of mine pointed out a sad comparison between Canada and Japan.

Japan managed to get through a titanic earthquake, a giant tsunami, and nuclear radiation scare without a flap. People helped each other, stayed calm, and dealt with it.

In Canada, we can't get through the loss of a hockey game without violence, looting, and arson.

Pathetic! Imagine if we had something real to deal with.
