two hours to travel 15 kilometers

It took me two hours to travel about fifteen kilometers today.
I could easily have cycled the distance, then back, and then there again in the same time. I don't know who's in charge in Toronto these days, but I have some advice: next time, don't close the northbound Yonge subway line on the same day that you're closing the Don Valley Expressway and carrying on other extensive work on the system. Everything. Falls. Apart.
