My cousin Kate the actress and her fiancé invited us to a party to celebrate four things:
1) his birthday
2) her birthday
3) the new year
4) their engagement
Amazing, Mari found a card suited the occasion. Amazing what you can find these days.
The place was filled with artistic young people: two opera singers, a handful of actors, two writers, and a comic. And my cousin's uncle, a reporter. A full and noisy house of media folk.
