no ImageShackToolbar

Hi! You're using a browser with the "ImageShack" toolbar add-on. I've suspended support for that toolbar because it's clobbering my site with garbage requests. I don't know if it's for purposes of image theft, but I see some hinky stuff going on in my web logs. If you want to view my site, use a browser without that toolbar.
