résumé for michael werneburg

by m. werneburg, 2010.01.21

I am an energetic and organized project specialist with 18 years’ experience. I specialize in building processes, managing risk, and internal audit. In 2012 I completed my PMP designation. I like: ITIL for service delivery; COBIT for organizing the enterprise; internal audit for drawing up a list of things to fix. I am currently looking for permanent employment in Toronto.

In deciding which roles to pursue, I choose a challenging environment within which I can make a difference. I agree with Studs Terkel, who said, "Work is about a search for daily meaning as well as daily bread, for recognition as well as cash, for astonishment rather than torpor; in short, for a sort of life rather than a Monday through Friday sort of dying."

Here's my resume.

rand()m quote

I feel fortunate that I enjoyed the blandishments of modernity. I had hip replacement and root canal. I was able to travel on airplanes. I was able to take cheap food for granted. I went to the movies. I enjoyed rock 'n' roll. And now I'm ready to move on.
