so it's muscular

Toronto, 2013.10.08

Today I learned from my physiotherapist that a long-standing discomfort I've been putting up with is not a side effect of a surgery I had six months ago, but of a lifetime of slothful lazy about in front of computers. It turns out that some muscles that connect my spine with my legs have become shortened and tensed up.

To demonstrate, he stuck his fingers down into my belly, past the flabby muscles and internal organs, and started probing the muscles that line the inside of my back. Ooof!
